How to Boost Your Mood & Relieve Stress With Mindful Exercise!

Exercise is one of the best things we can do for our mental health, but exercising in the sunshine, while practicing mindfulness, offers a triple whammy of mental wellness! Sunshine lifts the mood, while mindfulness calms the mind. As you exercise (walk, hike, etc.), get outside and focus on the world around you. 

  • What do you see? 
  • What do you smell? 
  • What do you hear? 
  • What do you feel? 

As you focus on what's right in front of you, while feeling the sunshine and moving your body, you'll erase your worries and "move" and heal your mind.
