No Time for Self-care? How to Find Moments for Yourself (No Matter How Small) by Dr. Monisha Vasa

Moms, make sure to take care of yourselves so that you can take care of everyone else! Fit in small moments of self-care:
- a quick coffee stop after school drop off
- a power nap
- a brief meditation or a yoga class
- reading a few chapters of a good book
- a walk around the block
- a phone call to a friend
Self-care doesn't have to take a lot of time or effort, but we do have to prioritize it in order to find those quick opportunities throughout the day.
Self-care is not selfish! It actually recharges your batteries and allows you to be more present and available to all of the other people in your life. Set an intention to make some time for you every single day!

I love it with raw honey and ceylon cinnamon added as well as 2-3 pieces of natural ginger root....yum, it's so delicious. I try to make time for 2 cups per day for all of the super antioxidant benefits :) P.S. It's also great added to smoothies.
