Mommy Meditation: Why You Need to Enlist Support From Others!

Still can't find time to meditate? Try this! When my husband would come home from work, I'd ask him to watch the kids so I could run up and make calls or put away laundry. More often than not, I’d end up sitting in a room with the door closed, grabbing a quick moment to myself.

This quiet meditation time really helped me stay focused and calm during the inevitable stress that came my way. Instead of exploding or bursting into tears, I'd calmly deal with the bumps and detours much more effectively. Do yourself (and your family) a favor and put yourself first for at least 15 minutes a day!
