Mommy Meditation: Grab It When You Can Get It!

It's important to find time to meditate each day! Here's some ideas!

  • Apps can help. Keep in mind that you may go through many before you find one that doesn’t annoy you. Try the free apps first!
  • In terms of carving out time to meditate (10 to 15 minute spans of time), find "grab it" times – anytime during the day where you find you're alone and others are (for some unknown reason) leaving you that way. Quick, it won’t last!
  • Sit or lie down and start your breathing. If you're in an area with a door to close and a light to shut off, go for it!

i have it on my list to try to incorporate meditation into my daily schedule, if only for 10 mins a day...hasn't happened yet but i'm hopeful that before the year finishes i will get there!
