High-Protein & High-Fiber Hot Honey Sweet Potato Bowls Recipe With Ground Beef, Turkey or Chicken (9 Ingredients) High Fiber Recipes High Protein Recipes Gluten-free Dinner Air Fryer Recipes Vegetables Beef Chicken Recipes
This hot honey sweet potato bowl is such an easy and tasty recipe that works for lunch and dinner. When I first saw the ingredients I was skeptical, but I have to say this bowl recipe was a huge hit in our house. Mixed all together, this bowl has a wonderful combination of sweet and spicy, and is loaded with protein and fiber (check out the health benefits of protein and the health benefits of fiber), good fat and dense nutrition from the sweet potatoes. My husband loved this sweet potato recipe so much he ate it two days in a row!
Hot honey is a popular, trending ingredient in the food world. Hot honey is simply honey infused with chili peppers (every recipe and brand is different), creating a honey with some heat. Hot honey can be cooked with or used as a condiment on my different foods (it's great on pizza!).
To make this air fryer recipe you will need the following gluten-free ingredients: sweet potatoes, paprika, salt, garlic powder, ground meat (turkey, beef or chicken), chili powder, avocado (check out the health benefits of avocado), cottage cheese and hot honey. (One cup of cottage cheese has 28 grams of protein!)
I already had all the ingredients in the house, so this hot honey sweet potato protein bowl came together so easily. Serve the hearty high-fiber bowls for lunch or dinner.
