  1. To make the hot honey sauce, combine the honey and hot sauce in a small bowl. Set aside. 
  2. Combine the eggs, milk, mustard, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes in a shallow bowl. Put the panko in another bowl. 
  3. Dip the chicken into the egg and then into the panko. Arrange on a baking sheet that's been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spray the chicken with the cooking oil spray. 
  4. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Serve with the hot honey sauce.
