Oats & Egg Whites Scramble Is a Protein-Packed Power Breakfast! Breakfast

You'll need:

  • 1 serving of oats
  • 3 egg whites
  • mixed berries or sliced bananas
  • nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon

Here's how to make it:

  1. Scramble egg whites. 
  2. Prepare quick cook oats.
  3. Mix the oatmeal and egg whites together.
  4. Top with fruit, nuts and honey. You can add a pinch of cinnamon, too.
