This Italian recipe uses woodsy rosemary, which is delicious combined with the olive oil and other ingredients. You'll want to drunk fresh or toasted bread in this oil as soon as you mix it up! To make this rosemary olive oil bread dip you will need garlic, sea salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian flat-leaf parsley.

Put a bowl of this Mediterranean-inspired rosemary flavored olive oil on a try with fresh Italian bread or toasted baguette slices. The olive oil would also make a wonderful oil-based salad dressing.

• You could stir in some grated Parmesan cheese.

• For a little kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes.

• When serving, you can garnish with more fresh rosemary.

• If you can't find fresh rosemary, you could use dried rosemary. 

• Store the bread dipping oil in an airtight container, salad dressing cruet or mason jar. 

Here's how to make it: 

1. In a bowl or in a mortar and pestle, smash the garlic with the rosemary and salt to create a paste. 
2. Add the olive oil and stir to combine.
3. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir until it begins to emulsify. 
4. Stir in the parsley. Season with black pepper. 
5. Serve with bread.
