Olive oil bread dips are a favorite here at 30Seconds. We have lots of bread dipping oil recipes, but thought we need more to pick from after finding out that a study published on May 6, 2024, in JAMA Networks Open has shown a correlation between consuming a spoonful of olive oil each day and a 28 percent reduced risk of dementia-related deaths.
This Italian recipe uses woodsy rosemary, which is delicious combined with the olive oil and other ingredients. You'll want to drunk fresh or toasted bread in this oil as soon as you mix it up! To make this rosemary olive oil bread dip you will need garlic, sea salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian flat-leaf parsley.
Put a bowl of this Mediterranean-inspired rosemary flavored olive oil on a try with fresh Italian bread or toasted baguette slices. The olive oil would also make a wonderful oil-based salad dressing.
