Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe: Your New Go-to Salad Dressing Salads Sauces/Condiments

Freeze! Put down that bottle of store-bought salad dressing! You’ll thank me later. This maple-mustard vinaigrette will beat any grocery store dressing you can find. More great news: it only takes a couple of minutes to make this homemade dressing recipe, and because you’re making it yourself, you’ll know exactly what’s going into it.

With oil, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and soy sauce, this vinaigrette is bursting with flavor and is healthier than many store-bought varieties. If you have access to walnut oil, I recommend using it. If not, canola oil or olive oil is fine.

This maple-mustard vinaigrette adds so much flavor to any salad, but that’s not all. You can drizzle this dressing on a variety of foods. My favorites are green salad, pasta salad and chicken. I also love it as a dipping sauce for bread and more!

Inside scoop: I usually double this vinaigrette recipe because one batch never seems to be enough. I recommend doubling it, then you’ll have enough for all the possibilities.
