This refreshing mango salsa recipe is made with a ripe mango, sweet red bell pepper, spicy jalapeno, green onions, chopped fresh cilantro, olive oil and lime juice. Simple, fresh and healthy ingredients. For less heat, be sure to remove the ribs and seeds from the jalapeno. Add more of less of each ingredient to create the perfect fruit salsa for you.
Serve this quick spicy mango salsa with tortilla chips for dipping. Store the salsa covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Make plenty so you can refill the bowls throughout your get-together. It will go fast!

- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, chopped
