10-Minute Buttery Tilapia Recipe: The Easiest 3-Ingredient Fish Recipe Ever Seafood Dinner

If you are trying to eat healthier, fish is an ingredient you should probably consider adding to your diet. The popular Mediterranean diet includes lots of fish, from salmon to perch to sardines to anchovies to tilapia. With just three ingredients, this buttery tilapia recipe is about as simple and delicious as it gets.

Tilapia is a mild and sweet fish that can be cooked in so many different ways. The tilapia fillets are seasoned with salt and pepper before being pan-seared in a combination of olive oil and butter. Just a little bit of each! That's all the ingredients you need to create a flavorful fish dinner. If you have them, you could add some fresh chopped herbs at the end of cooking.

Serve this 10-minute tilapia with green beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, asparagus or your favorite vegetable. Add a grain like quinoa, brown rice or couscous, and you've got a healthy dinner in no time. Charred lemon would be a nice touch, too, with this healthy dinner for a little acidity.
