Crispy 5-Ingredient Baked Tilapia Recipe Is Ready in 15 Minutes Seafood Dinner

A healthy meal on the table in about 15 minutes? Yep! This easy baked tilapia recipe is crispy, fast and good for you. Not a fan of tilapia? Substitute your favorite white fish.

Serve this easy fish recipe with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Add a tossed salad and fresh vegetable, and dinner is done.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup panko
  • 1/3 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 tilapia fillets 

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Combine the panko, soft breadcrumbs, cheese and garlic salt on a plate. Season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Dip the fish into the crumbs, pressing so it adheres. Place on a baking sheet that's been sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly spray the tops of the fish with the cooking spray.
  3. Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven for about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
