Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, cut into small cubes
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put everything into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine, making sure everything is well coated with the lime juice. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
