Ingredients

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (you could substitute sour cream)
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 1 lemon, juiced and zested
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 3 - 4 tablespoons minced fresh dill
• 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)

Here's how to make it: 

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Instead of Greek yogurt, you could substitute sour cream. We prefer to squeeze our own lemon juice, but in a pinch, you can use bottled lemon juice. If you like a sweeter sauce, add the granulated sugar.
2. Whisk to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use. For best results, stir well before using. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
