Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 16 (makes about 1 cup)
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (you could substitute sour cream)
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 - 4 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Instead of Greek yogurt, you could substitute sour cream. We prefer to squeeze our own lemon juice, but in a pinch, you can use bottled lemon juice. If you like a sweeter sauce, add the granulated sugar.
- Whisk to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use. For best results, stir well before using. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
