Ingredients

• 1/2 cup canned coconut cream, divided (NOT coconut milk)
• 3/4 cup almond milk
• 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
• 1/4 avocado
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 tablespoon almond butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 scoops vanilla collagen peptides
• handful of fresh blueberries (save a few for garnish)
• ice cubes
• white chia seeds or black chia seeds, for garnish (optional)

Here's how to make it: 

1. Add 2 tablespoons of the coconut cream to the bottom of a glass. Swirl it around the glass with a spoon.
2. Add the remainder of the coconut cream and all of the other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour smoothie mixture into the glass, adding chia seeds and a few blueberries as a garnish, if desired.
