With just eight ingredients, this vegetable casserole is simple to make and ready in about 45 minutes. To make this creamy casserole for dinner you will need broccoli, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, butter and Corn Flakes. You combine the ingredients then bake them up until cooked through and golden.

Ingredients
- 20 ounces fresh or frozen broccoli (use two frozen steam-in-bags to save time)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 10.5 ounces (1 can) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes cereal
Recipe Notes
- Instead of cheddar or Swiss cheeses, you can try this recipe with Parmesan or another favorite cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or oven.
Here's how to make it:
- Cook or microwave the broccoli as directed on the package.
- Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheeses in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add broccoli and mix again. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch casserole dish.
- Melt butter and mix into the crushed Corn Flakes. Cover casserole with the Corn Flakes mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes prior to serving.
