To make these garlic butter air fryer turnips you will need fresh turnips, butter and garlic powder. The turnips are cooked in the air fryer for about 15 minutes. So delicious! Serve these tasty turnips as a side dish with chicken, beef, lamb, seafood or pork. Toss them in a salad!

Ingredients
- 2 turnips (medium to large)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Here's how to make it:
- Peel the turnips with a vegetable peeler. (If you don't like peeling your turnips, don't.)
- Cut the turnips into wedges and put into a bowl.
- Put the butter and garlic powder into a small bowl. Microwave until melted, about 1 minute.
- Pour the melted garlic butter over the turnips. Stir to coat. (For color, sprinkle the turnips with some parsley flakes.)
- Put the turnips into the air fryer basket or the air fryer tray in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook at 390 degrees F for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving, if desired. Serve. Store the turnips in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
