Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetables
  • olive oil

Here's how to make it:

  1. Pour the frozen vegetables into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour the vegetables in a single layer onto a sheet pan
  3. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for about 15 minutes. Stir. Continue baking for about 10 to 15 minutes more.
