Sweet Soy-Glazed Broccolini Recipe Is a Side Dish Win (3 Ingredients, 10 Minutes) Vegetables Side Dishes Asian Recipes Vegetarian
My tradition of buying one new ingredient each grocery shopping trip has been officially restarted. The ingredient on one trip was sweet soy sauce. Needing a side dish for the shaking beef recipe, I created this easy sweet soy sauce-glazed broccolini. Simple and satisfying.
To make this easy skillet glazed broccolini recipe you only need three ingredients. Here is your short shopping list: fresh broccolini (check out the health benefits of broccolini), olive oil and sweet soy sauce. The Asian-inspired broccolini cooks up in a skillet in about six minutes. So quick and easy!
The crisp-tender broccolini is wonderful with all kinds of proteins, from chicken to pork to beef to lamb to seafood. The "baby broccoli" would also be delicious in a grain bowl, pasta salad or lettuce-based salad. This is one vegetable side dish recipe that will be on repeat.
