Ingredients 

• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 teaspoons chopped shallot
• 1/3 cup tangerine juice
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 2/3 cup olive oil
• fresh cracked black pepper
• sea salt

Here's how to make it: 

1. Put the mustard, honey, garlic, shallot, tangerine juice and vinegar into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil. Season with sea salt, to taste, and a few grinds of black pepper.
