Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons chopped shallot
- 1/3 cup tangerine juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- fresh cracked black pepper
- sea salt
Here's how to make it:
- Put the mustard, honey, garlic, shallot, tangerine juice and vinegar into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil. Season with sea salt, to taste, and a few grinds of black pepper.
