• 1 1/2 cups raspberries
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Here's how to make it:

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Blend until smooth. Store in a mason jar or salad dressing cruet.
