2-Ingredient No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe Will Blow Your Mind Ice Cream Desserts

Ingredients

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Here's how to make it:

  1. Pour the heavy cream into a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Continue to beat until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or bowl. Cover and freeze until firm, about 4 to 5 hours.

Tried this today, only I turned it into a 4-ingredient recipe and added some vanilla and dumped in some cocoa powder (just shy of a cup) to make it chocolate. Pretty tasty!! One caveat.... If you dump in the dry cocoa powder to the mixer when it is going full tilt to get it nice and fluffy, you might possibly end up sending cocoa powder flying all over you kitchen.... Not that I have an direct experience with that....... :-)
