Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk, cashew milk or walnut milk 
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the nut milk and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or into a loaf pan.
  3. Process the ice cream according to the ice cream maker's manufacturer's instructions or cover the loaf pan and freeze for about 4 hours. If serving from the freezer, allow it to soften about 15 minutes before serving.
