Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Here's how to make it:
- Pour the coconut milk into a bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Process for about 25 minutes.
- For no-churn ice cream, pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Freeze until firm, stirring often. Let the ice cream soften a bit before serving.
