Japanese-Style Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe Like the Hibachi Grills Serve Asian Recipes Salads Sauces/Condiments

The ingredients are simple: onion, peanut oil, rice wine vinegar, water, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and garlic. Everything is put into a blender and blended until combined. Season with salt and pepper and you're in business.

Drizzle this Japanese ginger salad dressing over salad greens, fresh shredded cabbages or use it as a dip for vegetables or wonton strips. Store the salad dressing in a salad dressing cruet or airtight container in the refrigerator.

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Blend. Store in the refrigerator.
