Moist Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe Will Make Your Day Brighter Bread/Muffins Breakfast Snacks

This easy muffin recipe is simple to throw together and bakes in 20 minutes. Eat them hot out of the oven, or wrap them individually for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack

Servings: Makes about 12 muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, oil, egg and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into muffin tins that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or lined with baking liners. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 20 minutes.

The list of ingredients calls for baking powder, but in the first step your recipe instructions says baking soda. I'll go with the baking powder, but the instructions should be fixed. Thanks.
