Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• taco shells, corn tortillas or flour tortillas

Optional Toppings

• guacamole, sliced avocado or grilled avocado
• shredded lettuce
• shredded cheese
• pico de gallo
• salsa, tomatillo salsa or cayenne chili oil
• fresh chopped cilantro
• chopped tomatoes
• sour cream

Here's how to make them: 

1. Combine the ground beef, cilantro, onion, egg, bread crumbs, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix well. 
2. Form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. 
3. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Serve on taco shells or tortillas with desired toppings.
