You'll need: 

• vodka
• carrot juice
• apple juice
• ice 
• fresh mint

Here's how to make it:

1. Fill shaker or pitcher with ice. 
2. Add 1 part vodka, 1 part carrot juice and 1 part apple juice. Shake or stir.
3. Fill glass with ice and pour cocktail. Garnish with fresh mint.
