Ingredients
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (chunks or chips)
Here's how to make it:
- Put the cottage cheese, vanilla extract and honey into a high-speed blender. Process until smooth.
- Add the almond flour and protein powder. Pulse just to blend, scraping the sides as needed, until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine. Serve.
