Don’t let summer slip away without trying this amazingly simple frozen peach soft serve ice cream recipe. The shortcut recipe is super simple and only requires two (two!) ingredients and a blender.
Here is your incredibly short gluten-free shopping list for this homemade soft serve ice cream recipe: a bag of frozen peaches and a can of sweetened condensed milk. The two ingredients are whirled in a blender until smooth. Done! Now grab a spoon!
The sweetened condensed milk adds such a nice creaminess to the soft serve recipe. The ice cream is ready to eat right away, but adding an hour of freezer time to get more of the consistency of ice cream may be what you prefer (we like it both ways). This delicious high-protein frozen treat can be made with any of your favorite frozen fruit, or try a combination like mango and peach.

Ingredients
- 20 ounces (1 bag) frozen peaches
- 14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
Here's how to make it:
- Place the ingredients into a high-speed blender. (If your blender is not high speed you can rinse your frozen fruit first to soften just a bit.)
- Blend on high until the frozen fruit is completely incorporated with the milk, scraping down the sides as needed. (Try this recipe with frozen mangos or other fruit.) Serve immediately.
- Optional: You can also use a spatula to transfer the soft serve into a loaf pan. Cover and freeze for an hour or more and then use an ice cream scooper to serve.)
