Got a waffle maker? If you love waffles, you need to take them to the next level. I love a good old-fashioned waffle with syrup and fruit, but with a little imagination, you can enjoy waffles for lunch and dinner, too. How? Make a sandwich!
- For breakfast, make an egg sandwich.
- For lunch, turn it into a meat and cheese (or even PB&J) sandwich.
- For dinner, turn it into a steak or chicken sandwich.
I had some leftover batter from breakfast, so instead of throwing it out, I made a few more waffles and used them for lunch, yum!
