I was inspired by your feedback to make a variation of the loaf with Kalamata olives and walnuts. It turned out so well, just delicious! This loaf is just wonderful. I made it for the first time yesterday , it is particularly delicious heated up in my Foreman grille. I am so very much looking forwatdcyo making it again and perhaps switching out a few ingredients, maybe adding scallions, mushrooms, nuts and/ or olives
