Kebabs are a quick and easy dinner on a stick that's perfect for weeknight dinners, entertaining on the weekends or cookouts. Marinating the meat before threading it onto the skewers is a simple way to not only impart flavor, but help marinate the meat so it is tender and juicy. This easy bourbon mustard steak kebab recipe packs a lot of flavor into tender pieces of steak. It's divine!
To make these juicy spirited marinated beef kebabs, you will need the following ingredients: steak (think sirloin, ribeye or tri-tip, though use whatever you like), olive oil, fresh thyme, fresh garlic, bourbon, brown sugar, whole-grain mustard, salt and black pepper. The simple marinade cooks on the stovetop for a few minutes before being cooled. Cooking it cooks off the alcohol from the bourbon, so you can serve this gluten-free dish to people of all ages.
Serve these tender beef kebabs for a flavorful dinner with your favorite side dishes. You could add fresh vegetables like red onion, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini or cherry tomatoes directly onto the skewers before grilling. Delicious!
