I made this sweet and savory Mediterranean herb salad dressing recently and it was fantastic. I used the homemade salad dressing for a wonderful cucumber, feta and tomato salad. The salad was so good I immediately started thinking about other ways I could use it. A little drizzle on a plain grilled piece of chicken or fish, on top of simple greens with corn on the cob and a protein. There are so many ways to use this five-minute salad dressing!
To make this Mediterranean-inspired salad dressing recipe you will need olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh dill, fresh chives, honey, Dijon mustard, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and black pepper. The ingredients are simply shaken or whisked together. Use the herb dressing on your favorite salads, vegetables or as a nice drizzle on grilled seafood or meat!
