Step out of the box when it comes to salad dressings! I made this delicious creamy avocado Caesar salad dressing recipe the other day for my avocado Caesar green beans recipe. The salad dressing was so good, it's now in my five-minute salad dressing rotation! I can't wait to use it on salmon, chicken and pasta.
The fresh and tasty salad dressing comes together in just five minutes. It might just become a staple in your fridge from now on. To make this easy homemade Caesar dressing with a twist, you will need a ripe avocado (read about the health benefits of avocado), mayonnaise, water, fresh garlic, Dijon mustard, lemons for juicing and salt.
Drizzle the dressing over vegetables, salads, pasta or your favorite proteins for lunch or dinner. Your family may request this salad dressing over that bottle of ranch in the refrigerator!
