My husband is not a big fan of fish for dinner. I, on the other hand, would eat fish several times a week. Instead of just giving up on my fish dinner dreams, I discovered this steakhouse baked salmon recipe that had the flavors of steak he loved but on a healthy piece of fish. Winner winner seafood dinner that made husband and wife happy!
To make this baked salmon recipe you only need five simple ingredients and about 20 minutes. Here is what you need to gather from the pantry and fridge: salmon fillets, a lemon for juicing, olive oil, steak seasoning and balsamic vinegar. The fish cooks in a baking dish for 15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
This juicy, succulent salmon has bold flavors and stands up well to any side dish. I served mine with wilted spinach and a fresh salad. Not only did I get to eat salmon for dinner, but got the health benefits of salmon, which is part of a healthy Mediterranean diet! Win-win.
