- I prefer to squeeze my own orange juice for this recipe, but in a pinch, you can use bottled orange juice.
- If using as a salad dressing, serve over salad immediately. If you wait a while before serving, you may need to whisk it (or shake it) again.
- If using as a marinade, pour over protein of choice and marinate for at least an hour.
- Store leftover salad dressing in a cruet or airtight container in the refrigerator.
