- 3/4 cup broth (vegetable broth or chicken broth)

Recipe Notes
- You can use chopped green onion tops instead of chives, or a combination of both.
- If you prefer to peel your potatoes, do it!
- Red, white or russet potatoes could be substituted for the Yukon gold. Yukon gold are preferred because of their buttery taste.
- If you want these potatoes to be vegetarian, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
