Soft 3-Ingredient Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies: Sweet Tooth Satisfaction by Donna John

Cake mix cookies can be a lifesaver when you need a sweet snack quick or have to take a dessert to a get-together. Who doesn't love cookies? And who doesn't love cookies that have three ingredients (three!), uses one mixing bowl and bakes up in 10 minutes? Kind of perfect, I think.

My dad loves anything strawberry, so I surprised him with a container of these soft strawberry-flavored cookies. All you need to make these easy cake mix cookies is a box of strawberry cake mix, two eggs and vegetable oil. Mix it up, shape into balls and bake about 10 minutes or until just set.

These simple fruit cookies are the perfect grab-and-go snack or serve them for dessert. After friends and family take one bite, they'll want the recipe.
