Super Moist Lemon Poke Cake Recipe Is a Lemon Lover's Dream

Lemon rules here at 30Seconds, especially luscious lemon desserts. There's nothing really like the refreshing, tart flavor of a lemon-flavored cake, cookie, cobbler or bread. We found another lemon dessert that's sure to please all those lemon lovers out there: a lemon poke cake.

This super moist lemon poke cake recipe starts with a box of yellow cake mix. We love cake mix cake recipes! Besides a box of yellow cake mix, you'll need a small box of instant lemon pudding, vegetable oil, water, eggs, powdered sugar, butter and fresh lemon juice. After the cake comes out of the oven, poke holes all over the top and pour on the simple lemon glaze. Double the moistness!

Serve this lemon cake for dessert or a sweet snack. It's delicious served with fresh blueberries or raspberries. The tartness of the berries complements the cake perfectly.
