This was good, but took way longer than it was supposed to. More than 30 minutes for a 1 1/4lb tenderloin.

Depending on the size of the tenderloin, and because ovens can vary in how quickly/slowly they cook, it's always best to use a meat thermometer to make sure. That's why this recipe notes: "or until meat reaches 140 degrees F on a meat thermometer." Hope you enjoyed it!
