Why have I been craving ribs lately? I just can't get enough. Like with my oven-baked garlic and rosemary ribs recipe, I learned yet again that ribs don't take all day to cook. This easy boneless beef rib recipe cooks in the air fryer in 25 minutes. No joke. This air fryer recipe is a high-protein dinner in no time. (Check out the health benefits of protein.)
To make these boneless beef ribs for dinner you will need the following gluten-free ingredients from your fridge and spice rack: boneless beef ribs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and barbecue sauce. The ribs are seasoned then cooked a bit before being slathered with barbecue sauce. You can use jarred barbecue sauce or make homemade barbecue sauce.
Boneless beef ribs are cut from the shoulder (chuck) part of the cow, rather then from the rib cage. Boneless beef ribs are well marbled and super tender if cooked right. If you have someone in your family who doesn't like meat on the bone, you need to try boneless beef ribs.
Serve these juicy air fryer beef ribs for a high-protein dinner with your favorite side dishes.
