- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 3 packages (3 ounces each) dry ramen noodles or 2 packages (5 ounces each) refrigerated ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets or save for another use)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and ginger in a small bowl.
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and celery and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook about 2 minutes.
- Add the ramen noodles and soy mixture. Cook, stirring, about 2 minutes or until heated through.
