Grandma's Old-fashioned Spiced Apple Loaf Shortcut Recipe Is So Fresh & Moist (7 Ingredients) by Donna John
Fall means all things apples, and spiced apples rank at the top of my list of fall favorites. This moist apple loaf recipe from my grandma's recipe box starts with a boxed spice cake mix. And, what a great start it is! This fresh apple bread is super moist and full of cinnamon and spices without you having to bake from scratch. That's always a plus in my book! Plus, check out the health benefits of apples and the health benefits of cinnamon.

The shortcut to this old-fashioned recipe is a box of spice cake mix, which you combine with chopped apples, eggs, oil, flour, cinnamon and, if you want, raisins. (Raisins are a personal thing; you either love 'em or hate 'em.) The apple bread is baked in a loaf pan in the oven for about 40 minutes, then cooled before serving. So simple yet so impressive.
The result is an irresistible apple bread (or is it a cake?) that you'll crave for a snack, as an elegant dessert or even for breakfast. So easy and so delicious!
