To make this tasty Asian recipe, you will need to gather some ingredients from the pantry and fridge. Here is what you'll need: boneless pork loin, cornstarch, vegetable oil, a red bell pepper, a red onion, fresh or canned pineapple, fresh garlic, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, ketchup and low-sodium soy sauce. The dish cooks up in about 8 minutes in a skillet or wok.
Serve this easy sweet and sour pork recipe over rice or rice noodles or with a side of fried rice. A crispy egg roll wouldn't hurt anything either.
