Many of us eat chicken several times throughout the week. Chicken is a budget-friendly ingredient, is easy to cook and is loaded with healthy protein.
Don't get bored with your chicken, simply spice it up with this easy spicy chicken marinade recipe. You only need five simple ingredients for this chicken marinade recipe. Here is your shopping list: sriracha sauce, honey, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and limes for juicing.
Use this Asian-inspired marinade on bone-in-chicken pieces, whole chickens or boneless chicken. The longer you marinade the chicken, the stronger the flavor the meat will have. You can marinate chicken in a shallow dish, turning it often, or in a plastic zipper storage bag. Always marinate chicken in the fridge.
Broil, bake, roast, grill or pan-fry your marinated chicken for a dinner you won't soon forget!
