Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. With a sharp knife, make a pocket in each chicken breast (do not go all the way through). Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish or on a cast iron grill pan.
  3. Fill each pocket with feta cheese and some chopped parsley. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired. Secure with toothpicks
  4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Do you have to pound the chicken breast first before slicing it?
Donna John
You could always pound out chicken breasts so they're thinner, if you'd like. They will cook faster.

Why is there an ad strip across the recipe every time I try to print one?!
Elisa Schmitz, 30Seconds
Hi littlemma . You should not get a strip across the recipe if you are using the printer-friendly version. To access the printer-friendly version of the recipe, simply click on the print icon at the top of the recipe. This will enable a pop-up, simplified version of the recipe that you can then print without issues (hopefully!). Please let us know how that works for you, thanks! Donna John
